1 General Provisions

tk888 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time if required. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for this purpose. Deposits, withdrawals, or other activities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

5.2 Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, this time may increase if identity verification or a security check is required. tk888 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

tk888 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, a specific wagering requirement must be met — winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after wagering the bonus amount 20 times.

For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To become eligible to withdraw this bonus, ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the set time limit
• Each person may benefit from each promotion only once
• There may be restrictions on which games can be played using a bonus
• tk888 reserves the right to change or discontinue any bonus offer
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account will be closed

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Betting Limits

7.2 Bet Acceptance

• Orders can be cancelled before a match starts, but not after it has begun
• If a market closes during live betting, previously placed bets are automatically locked

8 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using automated software or bots

• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts belonging to family members or acquaintances

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by tk888

tk888 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of these terms and conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information
• Suspicious financial activity on the account
• Security or fraud-related risk
• A request to apply responsible gaming limits

9.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their account at their own wish. To request account closure, contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. There will be an opportunity to withdraw the balance before the account is closed, but any active bonus will be forfeited.
